We run fun, 25 minute group fitness sessions in the morning and evening at 3 locations across the Gold Coast.
When you join, you can go to any outdoor fitness class in any location, as many times as you like in a week.

We run half an hour intense cardio sessions that really get your heart rate up and not only set you up right for the day, but get you some amazing results fast.
