Palm BeachPalm Beach is a suburb in Queensland, Australia that’s on the southern end of the Gold Coast.

Our locations cover the whole of the Gold Coast which is why we’ve chosen it as one of our locations for our Shake UP outdoor training sessions.

Our popular morning and evening group training sessions for busy men & women are held at Palm Beach Currumbin State High School Thrower Dr, Palm Beach, QLD, 4221, Australia.

As well as our regular Shake UP fitness sessions, our community of Palm Beach Shakers also take part in our 10 week fitness challenge, which is designed to kick-start your health, fitness or weight loss goals.

Group Fitness Sessions Palm Beach

We run fun, half hour group fitness sessions in the morning and evening at Palm Beach Currumbin State High School.

High Intensity Training Palm Beach

“High Intensity Training is a style of progressive resistance exercise characterised by a high level of effort and relatively brief and infrequent workouts, as opposed to typical training methods involving low to moderate levels of effort and longer, more frequent workouts.
