Gold Coast Fitness Programs: Every Monday through Saturday, you can find our regular Shakers feeling great, giving 100% at our 25 minute, outdoor Gold Coast Fitness training sessions across 3 Gold Coast locations.
Whether you are looking for weight loss, fitness, strength building or outdoor training, our programs are suited to all ages and fitness levels in our community.
Our Shake UP coaches are certified and experienced, and here to support you at every stage of your fitness or weight loss journey.
Our training principles are structured around what is known as ICE training “Intense Cardiovascular Exercise”. This means you put in intense effort for a short period, to get the maximum possible results.

“High Intensity Training is a style of progressive resistance exercise characterised by a high level of effort and relatively brief and infrequent workouts, as opposed to typical training methods involving low to moderate levels of effort and longer, more frequent workouts.“
We run half an hour intense cardio sessions that really get your heart rate up and not only set you up right for the day, but get you some amazing results fast.
