NO-HIBER-NATION is not a challenge. It’s a commitment — to yourself, your goals, and the habits that move you forward.

For 6 weeks, we’ll focus on consistency in and out of the gym, helping you build momentum in the toughest season of the year.

Most people check out during winter. You’ll be locking in!

HOW IT WORKS

You’ll commit to:

One Performance Goal (training-based)

One Lifestyle Goal (sleep, nutrition, recovery, mindset)

Each goal is backed by a daily or weekly habit that moves you closer.

We’ll be putting every participant’s goals and habits up on our in-gym GOAL WALL to keep you visible, accountable, and inspired.

You’ll log your sessions, habits, and check-ins through our app to stay accountable.    In here you’ll get motivational videos and messages. 

 

Each week, you’ll reflect on your progress — and go in the draw for weekly giveaways just for staying consistent.

Everyone who completes the full 6 weeks and sticks to their goals gets a sick TSU hoodie or tank (your choice).

We’ll be collecting style + size details at sign-up.
