The three-minute omelette

A huge part of achieving great results is getting some productive time in the kitchen! Its all about creating quick and easy meals that will move you closer to your dream body and provide you with lasting energy to charge through your day.

This 3 minute Omelette is our go-to breakfast option that will provide all essential Macro Nutrients needed for building muscle and shedding fat.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ zucchini
  • ¼ capsicum
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 Spring Onion (white part)
  • Handful of Rocket Leaves
  • 2 Large Eggs

Method:

Thinly slice all veggies except rocket (This can be done the day prior and veggies can be used as needed)

Turn on non stick fry pan

Add tablespoon of oil (use an oil with a high smoke point such as odourless coconut oil, macadamia oil or rice bran oil)

Whisk eggs in a bowl

Add chopped veggies and stir through

Pour egg mixture into hot pan

Cook for 2 minutes on one side – then add handful of rocket and fold omelette in on itself

Cook for a further minute

Season to taste and SERVE!
