Yep…You sure can! Challenge membership gets you unlimited access to our bootcamp timetable. We ask that you hit no less than 3 sessions per week on The Challenge.

This Challenge is all about behavioural change! You will not be counting or restricting calories! You will not be eliminating all of the foods that you love. We will show you how to structure your carbohydrate consumption to accelerate fat loss! 

This is a 8 week program. 8 weeks because we know that you will see great improvements and be more likely to sustain the change.

 

You sure can! We have people from all walks of life join our Challenge. We pride ourselves and our members on a the zero ego culture. If you are ready to take back your best, we will walk you through every step of the way.

The training element to the challenge is our Bootcamp. So when you join The Challenge, you get unlimited access to the bootcamp timetable PLUS you get all of The Challenge features – ie, group coaching sessions at Week 1, Week 5 and Week 10, accountability and support.
