This is the easiest recipe for a delicious cheesecake treat!
All you need is:
250 grams cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein
3 tablespoons flax meal
Then:
- Layer flax meal into 3 small bowls
- Whizz all remaining ingredients in blender
- Divide between 3 bowls on top of flax meal
