Here is a super-easy recipe that the WHOLE family will LOVE!!! Not only that but it is full of everything you need in a healthy meal – protein, carbohydrate and omega 3 fats!
Get cooking 🙂
1 Banana (Carbohydrate)
2 Eggs (Protein)
1 tablespoon of Flax Meal (Omega 2)
Whizz this all together and cook as you would normally cook pancakes. Coconut oil is best for cooking these little bad boys.
This recipe will make about 8 mini pancakes so I would double or triple this recipe depending on how many meals you are making. Also great for freezing and for lunch-boxes 🙂
