Young Guns is designed for kids and teens aged 6 – 16 to learn how to train properly from a young age.
Through structured sessions and expert coaching every session, participants build strength, movement skills and physical confidence in a supportive group environment.
It’s about more than fitness – it’s about developing discipline, resilience and healthy habits that carry into sport, school and everyday life.
YOUNG GUN — TEENS (12-16yrs)
The Young Guns Teens program helps 12 – 16 year olds build strength, capability and self-belief through structured training.
With expert coaching every session, teens learn to lift safely, move well, and challenge themselves while developing the discipline and confidence that drive long-term progress.
More than just a workout, this program helps teens become strong, capable and confident – in and out of the gym.
YOUNG GUN — KIDS (6-11yrs)
The Young Guns Kids program helps 6 – 11 year olds build a strong foundation through movement, coordination, and structured play.
Kids develop confidence in their physical abilities while learning to enjoy exercise and establish healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Sessions are fun, engaging, and designed to set children up for lifelong movement and health.
