This is one of the most nutritious, fast and delicious 2 minute liquid meals ever! So easy to create and loaded with the essential  Macro Nutrients needed for building muscle and shedding fat.

Perfect for the work environment, blend it up, take it to your desk and enjoy a great balance of the right carbohydrates, protein and fats.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 cups of cold water, milk or milk alternatives like almond milk or coconut milk
  • ¾ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 serve of chocolate whey Protein isolate
  • ½ cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Directions: Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
