Deciding she wanted to rock a bikini at Wet & Wild next summer, she locked in 10 weeks of fuel school with, the Shake UP 10 Week Challenge. Sam Joined an ass kicking group of like minded health conscious people who were all ready for change. The 10 Week Challenge for Sam was about building rock solid habits. Learning what to eat and  how to make it a delicious pleasure that she could continue for the rest of her life!

The results speak for themselves. Sam is in the prime of her life,eating more than she ever has, lean,confident and looking hot in her new training gear!

The most exciting aspect of Sam’s transformation is the shift in her attitude. It has been 2 months since the Shake UP 10 Week Challenge finished and Sam is loving her new way of life. She has experienced the metabolic shift and will enjoy this kind of success for many years to come!

By the way, this achiever is a working mum of 2 and understands the juggling match as well as any.
